Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 days.  If orders are received on weekend, holidays, or after 5pm pst, the order will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We use FedEx for all shipping methods.  Rates can be determined from the shopping cart. At this time, shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous.  For shipments to Canada, please contact us directly.

Damages

Western Fire Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We charge 15% restocking fees for returned items. However, if the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover any diminished value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
